Falconcity of Wonders is taking the lead to promote UAE developments

Falconcity of Wonders Chairman and CEO, Salem Al Moosa, believes that local developers should continue to promote their projects to complement the government's thrust to make the UAE the major tourist and investment destination in the region.

Cityscape Abu Dhabi is the 3rd real estate and property show this year which has been supported by the mega project within Dubailand. The show will be held on April 19 to 22 at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center from 10 am to 7 pm.

According to the prominent Emirati businessman, the government is continuing to support infrastructure and market development, the banking system, and new property regulations.

These confidence-building and economic initiatives are therefore encouraging developers to pursue their projects and customers to have faith to invest.

Mr. Al Moosa is optimistic about the recent actions of the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) to protect the buyers, specifically the end-users from dubious developers. 'The new regulations will protect everyone,' he explained.
Furthermore, Mr. Al Moosa said: 'We at Falconcity of Wonders want to show the market that we are committed and ready to pursue future developments and investments. Those who have invested with us have already properties that are purposely secure in an intimate community designed with lifestyle appeal and quality assurance.'

Falconcity of Wonders welcomes 'real estate coalition' initiative

Falconcity of Wonders (FCW), the mega project within Dubailand, is strongly supporting the initiative of the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) to create a 'real estate coalition' that would raise the level of transparency among the various players within the property sector.

The recent move by RERA and the Land Department to institutionalize a regular assembly among developers, real estate companies and investors was welcomed by FCW Chairman and CEO Salem Al Moosa.

'I strongly support the initiative. It's about time that we, the developers, regularly update real estate companies, as well as investors, and, of course, government regulatory agencies, on the issues confronting us and vice-versa. When we know the complete picture of the property landscape then it will be easy for everyone to come up with a win-win formula,' explained Al Moosa.

Some of the goals of the 'real estate coalition' are to study regulations and related legislation and also make proposals that would enhance market opportunities; to encourage investment in the real estate market; and to communicate with similar groups in the Gulf and the Arab world.

The initiative will also contribute to the economic development of Dubai, as more regional and international investors will reconsider the emirate as a sound investment.
