Falconcity of Wonders LLC (FCW)
is a privately owned company that
was founded to develop Falconcity
of Wonders, a real estate mega
project. Being under the umbrella of
Salem Ahmad AlMoosa Enterprises, gives FCW
immediate access to more than 30
years of experience in the
real-estate sector.
Falconcity of Wonders is a
unique project both in terms of its
components and magnitude. Occupying
over 40,000,000 square feet, FCW
hosts the seven wonders of the
world, commercial centers, a
signature theme park, family
centers, sports facilities,
educational institutes, in addition
to more than 5,500 residential units
that vary in design, location and
size, to satisfy the needs and
requirements of both, investors and
end users.
Mission Statement:
Our mission has three dimensions
that can be summarized as:
Dimension I: Developing a
national state of the art, unique
real-estate project that adds value
to the exclusivity of Dubai.
Dimension II: Structuring an
integrated city that accommodates
exclusive residential, educational,
commercial, and entertainment
elements.
Dimension III: Initiating
thoroughly studied investment
opportunities for local, regional
and international investors.
